Paris has opened its first all-desserts restaurant!

Can you imagine, three courses of dessert? Well French restauranteur Philippe Baranes did and he has not only conjured up the idea, he has made it a reality as well.

The new resto – called Dessance, can be found in the Marais which was specifically chosen by Baranes. He believes that the more creative and open minded clientele in the district would welcome this new diversion from the norm in Paris.

Maybe he is right, only time will tell. Cannot wait to go see what it is like.

Christopher Boucher one of the hottest chefs in the world right now, has been hired to create masterpieces with every sweet and savoury dish. No pressure! :).

We haven’t had the pleasure of desserts for dinner yet but the New York Times has. Read their full review here. Full Story.
