Street Art in Paris
The world’s first global art fair
Street Art is huge in Paris. Adorning walls all over the city with their unique creations, Graffiti Artists here in Paris, are almost reaching Pop Star status! Their signature styles and underground art work have created a platform for them to spring-board onto the global stage, finally receiving recognition for their work and an increased, as well as adoring fan base.
This year for the first time, their work can be seen in a more conventional setting. La Carreau du Temple in the Marais district, is hosting an International Urban Art Fair in Paris- the first of its kind, on April 22nd. The Exhibition will last for three days and all the stars of the urban art scene will be present.
In addition to exhibiting art work from galleries across Europe, the event will include lectures, presentations and more. You will see Art Work from Banksy, The London Police and Nick Walker plus the infamous and legendary creations of artists like Toxic aka Torrick Ablack and Andrea Pizzi.
If you are an art lover, you should check this out and if your kids love art you should take them. Go onto the Urban Art Fair website for more information.
