Mama Loves Paris hosted a secret beauty lunch for 19 fabulous Mamas (and a daughter), at the hottest new beauty day spa in Paris, Free Persephone, and we have 30 fab photos below to prove it!

You need to know, that this is no ordinary beauty salon. Oui it is a home for beauty for sure, but it’s lovingly designed to inspire a convivial atmosphere, that brings people together to create great energy and an abundant feeling of joie de vivre. 

On arrival at this new oasis in the 6th district of Paris, each Mama was greeted with  a glass of champagne,  then pampered and preened for just over three hours which included, having a manicure and indulging in a 30-minute beauty facial workshop.

We supped wine, selected by our friends at Le Vin en Bouche, which provided a fitting accompaniment to the spread of fresh delicious food that we devoured! (see pics)

The team at Free Persephone, led by their vivacious charming and characterful leader Lauren Creecy, were firing on all cylinders as they flitted amongst our guests, providing love, care and attention to everyone, ensuring each person had a blissful experience.

The talented beauticians were clearly determined to ensure that, every single Mama floated out of Free Persephone feeling fantastic & looking good; and MLP can confirm, that their mission was indeed accomplished.

As well as providing a great service, Lauren enlisted the help of Nabila, the founder of Odaïtés, a French natural skincare and cosmetics brand, who provided products for the relaxing and uplifting facial beauty workshop  – which the mamas loved! (check out the shots)

The surprise recital of poetry from, a rather gorgeous Frenchman (merci Stephane) towards the end of the lunch, added a nice little twist; and each Mama exited their beauty session clutching a bag of goodies and a single rose.

It was the perfect afternoon. C’etait l’apres-midi parfait!

On behalf of all the ladies who came to the lunch, MLP would like to say thank-you Free Persephone for everything! We felt at home in your beautiful space, enjoyed the manicures, loved the team and could not get enough of your stunning range of products from the creams and candles to the scent of your perfumes.

Free Persephone is a wonderful addition to Paris and we will most definitely be coming back.
